Delivery
We service the Greater Sacramento area 7 days a week and most outlying areas 6 days a week. Most of our customers do not need set delivery days.

Same Day Deliveries
If you happen to forget to order or notice you are running short on an item, we may be able to deliver to
you the same day. We ask that you call before 10:00AM to check the availability of a same day delivery.
Orders delivered on a scheduled route are requested to be in by 2:00AM.

Flexible Ordering Schedule
We are in the office to take your calls from 3:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, 3:00 AM to
1:00 PM on Saturdays, and 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM on Sundays. After hours we have a dependable
voicemail system to receive calls. We also accept online orders through Choco until midnight the night
before delivery.

Partial Cases
To allow you to better control your inventory and food cost, we sell most items by the piece or pound
with a minimal mark up.

Specialty Items
We send our experienced buyer to the San Francisco market to personally select our specialty items. We
take great pride in being able to procure almost any specialty item overnight. We also have an excellent
pre-cut company that will custom cut items to your specifications.

Inventory
Our inventory averages a 48-hour turnover to ensure product freshness. We are happy to carry a
specific brand or item for you if needed, just speak to your sales representative about availability.

Credit Terms
We offer most new customers 30-day terms. We mail statements out on the first of the month with
payments due on or before the 10th.
